Okay, now granted I haven't had supper yet (and it's 10:23 PM as I type this), but these really look like some of the most delicious pancakes I've seen in a long time. I'm out of the ingredients needed to whip up a GF batch of my own, or I'd be doing so right now! 🙂 (Served with sour cream and raspberry jam – my all-time favourite toppings for pancakes.)
